No. Your title company can close without you being there in person.

Yes, if you meet certain financial criteria - normally, you can have a mortgages of 80%-90% of the property value and we will arrange everything for you in-house.
If I buy property or a business in the U.S., does U.S. law protect me like an American citizen?
Absolutely.

Any time you wish to sell. There are no time constraints with no penalties for early repayments if you have a mortgage.

Yes. Dependent upon it being in a correctly zoned area, we will advise you on this when purchasing the property.
Who will look after the property when I am not there?
A licensed management company of your choice or the management service provided by us. The choice is yours.
If I rent my property will the rental cover all costs?
Yes if carefully managed. Many investors come back to us for second and third houses and more commercial property.
