No. Your title company can close without you being there in person.
- Can I obtain a mortgage even though I am not a U.S. citizen?
Yes, if you meet certain financial criteria - normally, you can have a mortgages of 80%-90% of the property value and we will arrange everything for you in-house.
- If I buy property or a business in the U.S., does U.S. law protect me like an American citizen?
Absolutely.
- When can I resell a property or business that I buy?
Any time you wish to sell. There are no time constraints with no penalties for early repayments if you have a mortgage.
- How can I see a property or business in the U.S.?
We offer a specially subsidised trip to the U.S. for qualified buyers.
- Can I let the property?
Yes. Dependent upon it being in a correctly zoned area, we will advise you on this when purchasing the property.
- Who will look after the property when I am not there?
A licensed management company of your choice or the management service provided by us. The choice is yours.
- If I rent my property will the rental cover all costs?
Yes if carefully managed. Many investors come back to us for second and third houses and more commercial property. |
